Property advisor Savills have announced that US fashion giant Forever 21 has chosen to locate its first European store in the Jervis Shopping Centre in Dublin in one of the largest retail leasing deals in Ireland over the past three years.
Forever 21 is begin operating the new anchor store at the shopping centre in the city centre in mid-November. The retailer will occupy a 6,500 m2 unit over the ground, upper ground and first floor levels. Forever 21 will pay an annual rent of EUR 2.75 mln.
