Italian financial services group Fondiaria-Sai (Fonsai) has agreed to sell Crivelli srl, the owner of an office building in Milan to Unicredit Real Estate. The transaction volume comes to around EUR 63.5 mln, releasing capital gains of EUR 13 mln for Fonsai.

The property is currently being expanded and will be used by Unicredit Real Estate as its corporate head office.
In addition, Fonsai, through its Milano Assicurazioni insurance subsidiary, has reached an agreement to sell an office building in Piazza Cordusio in Milan to the Italian real estate fund manager Sorgente for EUR 105 mln, representing EUR 54 mln in capital gains.
