The property was acquired through a real estate holding (Societe Civile Immobiliere) in which the company owns a 32.5% stake. The building, with around 9,000 m2 of space, previously housed the headquarters of the famous French engineering school Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. The company plans to renovate the building and find a new tenant for the property by 2012.
