Euronext-listed Fonciere Atland has reached an agreement for the acquisition of seven offices for EUR 31 mln, excluding tax. The assets are being sold by Midi Fonciere, a subsidiary of Caisse d'Epargne Midi Pyrénées. They include a total area of 17,100 m[sup]2[/sup] of offices and about 8,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of warehousing space in the Toulouse area, France. The assets are let on six and nine year leases, the company said in a statement.
