Cushman & Wakefield has represented FM Logistic in the negotiations of a lease agreement for 35,000 m2 in Europolis Park Poland Central. It is the year's largest warehouse lease transaction to date in Poland.
The new FM Logistic warehouse is located in Europolis Park Poland Central in Wola Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski. Europolis is the developer of Europolis Park Poland Central.
Piotr Bzowski from Europolis, said: 'We have been able to provide a combination of location, optimal transport costs and availability of labour force to meet specific requirements of FM Logistics. We are also able to accommodate future expansion for FM Logistics within the further development phases of the park.' The 75,000-m2 facility sits on a plot of 122 hectares and is to offer over 500,000 m2 of a total leaseable area. The area may be developed with distribution centres or production halls for light industry, offering flexible arrangement of the space.
