Flexible workplace operator Covalt has appointed Christopher Williams as its new business development director.
Joining from NewFlex, and having previously worked at Aldi, Williams has significant experience across both commercial real estate and retail.
Williams is tasked with prospecting new opportunities for Covalt, supporting landlords in building out their own flexible workspace proposition, covering everything from branding and design through to fit out and management. Since launching in April 2023, Covalt already has more than 100,000 ft2 (9,300 m2) under management.

Covalt is aiming to have over one million ft2 of workspace under management within five years.
