The hotel will be operated by management company Gold Inn AG, which acquired the Airport-Hotel in Dresden through Christie + Co in June. Gold Inn AG currently operates ten hotels in Germany and plans further additions to its estate.
In addition to the hotel, the K&K centre, which is situated in the heart of Halle and has a total floor space of about 18,000m2, comprises a congress hall with casino, offices, restaurants, retail units, residential flats and a car park.
