The Urban Land Institute Europe (ULI) has officially announced the appointment of IPUT Real Estate’s Marie Hunt as new ULI Ireland Chairperson for 2023 and 2024.
She becomes ULI Ireland’s first female chairperson and will succeed Kevin Nowlan, the organisations said in a statement.
She is head of research at Iput and has been a member of the ULI Ireland National Council since 2015.
ULI said Hunt brought 'extensive leadership experience in supporting the business’ investment process, placemaking strategy and sustainability programme'. Prior to Iput she led CBRE’s research and consulting function in Ireland for more than 27 years.
Lisette van Doorn, CEO of ULI Europe, said Hunt brought a ‘wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate industry in Ireland and Europe’.
She added her thanks to Nowlan.
