First Base links up with Starwood to build London resi scheme

London developer-investor First Base Partners is partnering with US private equity firm Starwood Capital to launch a £35 mln (€42 mln) residential venture in Ravenscourt Park, West London.

When complete, the Pollard Thomas Edwards-designed scheme will deliver 54,000 sq ft (5,000 m2) of residential property comprising of four-bed villas, houses and apartments.

Mansell has recently been appointed as construction contractors and will begin work on site in late 2013.

'This scheme presents a unique opportunity to develop large spacious homes in a much sought-after London location,' said Elliot Lipton, managing director of First Base.
