Firethorn Trust, the UK property company co-founded by Peter Mather, former Tristan Capital MD of UK and European investments, has made a key hire.
The company, which has a Living real estate team and a logistics focus across the country, has appointed Charlie Ingham as director of Firethorn Investment Management, its new third party management services division.
Previously, he was founding partner of Gerald Eve Capital Partners in 2020. He has also held senior positions at Praxis Capital, Square Metre Asset Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Ingham said Firethorn was ‘uniquely positioned’ to extend its expertise to third parties, providing advisory services as well as investment and development management strategies aimed at making ‘exceptional returns’.
‘I was attracted not only by Firethorn’s reputation and its proposition, but also by its integrity and deep commitment to people, quality and sustainability,' he said. Firethorn was established in 2018.
