The financial details were not disclosed.
The shopping centre was developed by Vicus in 2009-2010. It is fully leased to AS Prisma Peremarket, a hypermarket operator and subsidiary of Finnish retail group S Group.
Vicus is a Finnish real estate investment and development company. It operates in the Baltic countries, Russia and Ukraine and invests in retail, office and logistics properties.
