Finnish construction and real estate firm YIT Corporation has completed the sale of its Duetto I office project in Vilnius, Lithuania for €15 mln to Baltic Horizon.
The 10-storey, BREEAM certified building, which comprises 8,300 m2 of leasable area and underground parking facilities for around 200 cars, will be delivered in March 2017.
It is located in the same area as YIT's previously completed Grand Office building, several Prisma hypermarket projects and a number of apartment buildings completed by the Nasdaq Helsinki-listed developer.
Baltic Horizon is a a public fund listed on both the Nasdaq Stockholm and Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchanges.
The deal will be recognised in the fourth quarter accounts of 2016.
