'In total Antilooppi has 30 properties and today 15 properties are in the eastern inner-city of Helsinki,' added says CEO Tuomas Sahi.

'These latest sales, both from the Omega portfolio, follow the completion of our business plans for the assets and provide an excellent example of our team’s ability to create exceptional value for investors,' concluded Mikael Pehrsson, investment manager at Cromwell Property Group.
