Isoc is paying €59 mln for the assets, which were developed by Swedish construction and property group Skanska.

The two office properties offer a total leasable area of around 24,600 m2 and 250 parking spaces on two underground levels. The buildings are already 72% leased to technology and IT sector tenants such as PwC, Accenture and NGA Human Resources.

Skanska sold buildings A and B of the Silesia business park in 2015 to a Swedish investor.

'With its booming BPO and SSC market, a highly educated labor force, a good infrastructure already in place, and the quality of international investors, Katowice is ISOC’s most significant entry into the European market,' said Adrian Karczewicz, head of divestments at Skanska’s commercial development unit in CEE.

Skanska was advised by GVA and Colliers International, while Isoc was advised by Augusta Cracovia and CBRE.
