Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have acquired a 5-acre site on Pin Green Industrial Estate in Stevenage in the UK.
The new development scheme will comprise of a single logistics facility measuring 120,000 ft2 and will be specified to EPC A and BREEAM Excellent, will have 10 dock levellers and two level access doors and offer 12.5m internal eaves.
According to the investors, the investment is worth £40 mln (€47 mln).
The deal follows other sites Fiera and Wrenbridge have recently acquired such as in Waltham Cross and Heathrow.
