Domus provides supported accommodation to vulnerable residents through long-term leases with regulated housing providers, who work with local authorities under UK Central Government directives to provide housing and support services.

Domus will initially own approximately 50 properties across England, providing accommodation to approximately 1,000 residents. To support acquisition drives, management and the platform's expansion, Fiera Infrastructure has entered into a long-term arrangement with HSPG, an investor and manager of UK social housing.

Alina Osorio, president of Fiera Infrastructure, commented: 'Domus is a new social infrastructure platform focused on providing critical shelter and support to the most vulnerable members of the community.

'The investment addresses the social housing supply imbalance in the UK by providing quality accommodations in the areas most at need. We plan to grow our footprint through additional acquisitions, which have been identified and secured in areas experiencing housing supply shortages.

'We are pleased to add Domus to our existing portfolio of high-quality infrastructure assets and look forward to witnessing its significant and measurable social impact on the individuals and communities in which it operates.'

David Searle, co-founder and chief operating officer of HSPG, said: 'We are delighted to be working with Fiera Infrastructure to bring much-needed private capital into the social housing sector to help address the UK’s supported housing shortage.

'Importantly, this partnership will provide high-quality accommodation to some of the most vulnerable members of our society, including those at risk of domestic violence and homelessness.

'The first portfolio will deliver positive social impact for tenants as well as the local authorities and wider community.'

The transaction is not subject to regulatory approvals.
