French listed office property group Foncière des Régions announced on Tuesday that it has successfully issued a EUR 500 mln bond with a coupon of 3.87% (spread of 295 basis points).
The bond, maturing in January 2018, allows Foncière des Régions to pursue its financing policy of diversification and debt maturity extension, the company added.
'The success of this issue confirms the confidence of the market in the creditworthiness of Foncière des Régions,' it said in a statement.
