The Eiffage campus will bring together the five different business units of Eiffage Group together with the holding company, and is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2015. The project's first stone was laid this week. In total, the complex will house over 1,600 employees.
The complex will include three new buildings on six levels designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, as well as two underground car parking levels offering 600 spaces. The site is adjacent to Eiffage Construction's current head office, designed by Jean-Paul Viguier and already owned by FdR and Crédit Agricole Assurances.
The project is aiming for BREEAM certification, NF Commercial Buildings - Exception HEQ Level Approach Certification as well as an Effinergie+ certification.
