FdR completes €180m private placement

French REIT Foncière des Regions has completed the private placement of a €180 mln bond, maturing in April 2020.

FdR, which carried out a €500 mln inaugural bond issue in October 2012, said the new issue 'will permit it to pursue its financing policy of diversification and debt maturity'.

The bond has a 3.30% coupon with a margin of 197 bps above the swap rate.

FdR is seeking to have the bonds trade on Euronext Paris from 28 March 2013.
