Foncière des Murs, a subsidiary of Foncière des Régions, has signed two financing agreements for a total of EUR 228 mln, thereby refinancing all of its 2013 maturities.

Foncière des Murs, a subsidiary of Foncière des Régions, has signed two financing agreements for a total of EUR 228 mln, thereby refinancing all of its 2013 maturities.

These two financing agreements have a five-year maturity and have been jointly arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis. The financing pool is completed by BECM, Bred and Société Générale CIB for the first round of financing, totalling EUR 163 mln, and to be applied to Accor hotels.

BECM, Bred, BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole d’Ile-de-France have provided funds totalling EUR 65 mln for FdM's Courtepaille restaurants.

For these two financing agreements, FdM has been advised by the Etude Cheuvreux practice and the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, the banks by the Etude Katz practice and the law firm Latham and Watkins.

Foncière des Murs specialises in the ownership of business premises, especially in the hotel, healthcare, and retail sectors. It owns net assets amounting to EUR 2.9 bn.
