Fonciere des Murs (FdM), the hospitality and healthcare arm of French REIT Fonciere des Regions, has disposed of a portfolio of healthcare assets for a total of €26.5 mln.
The portfolio has been purchased by French asset manager Primonial REIM and comprises three retirement homes and a follow-up care clinic, which is leased to Korian for a total rent of €1.6 mln.
The final sale is scheduled to take place this year and includes all related rights.
The latest disposal forms part of FdM’s asset rotation strategy. Last year saw the REIT trade €332 mln of its hotel properties, including the sale of 28 hotels for €140 mln.
