Fazer has signed a leasing agreement for 3,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in the new Lindhagen office and retail centre (Paradiset 29 property) in western Kungsholmen, Sweden. The agreement is for a seven-year period and Fazer will move in to its new premises in November 2009.
Fazer has signed a leasing agreement for 3,000 m2 of office space in the new Lindhagen office and retail centre (Paradiset 29 property) in western Kungsholmen, Sweden. The agreement is for a seven-year period and Fazer will move in to its new premises in November 2009.
Following this agreement with Fazer, just over half of the office space in Lindhagen has been let. The Lindhagen centre is being built on the site of the former Skogaholm bakery and comprises some 13,000 m2 of retail space and 10,500 m2 of offices as well as parking facilities. Fabege and Peab each own 50% of the property and the Lindhagen project.
