Listed Swedish property company FastPartner has acquired an office building in Solna, north of Stockholm's CBD, from Deka Immobilien for SEK 790 mln (€84 mln).
Listed Swedish property company FastPartner has acquired an office building in Solna, north of Stockholm's CBD, from Deka Immobilien for SEK 790 mln (€84 mln).
The property, Frösunda Port, comprises almost 24,000 m2 of leasable space across three buildings and a 678-space underground car park. The main tenant is HP Hewlett-Packard Sweden.
Deka sold the property at a profit on behalf of its open-ended fund, Deka-ImmobilienGlobal. The fund had held the asset for 12 years.
