Swedish investor Fastpartner has announced the acquisition of the Herrjärva 3 property in the Ulriksdal area of Solna near Stockholm from construction and property giant NCC in a share deal worth SEK 1.54 bn (€142 mln).
The 19,800 m2 building currently houses the headquarters of NCC which occupies 17,000 m2 in the asset on a 10-year lease. It also includes a restaurant, a health studio, storage and conference areas as well as 520 parking spaces. The property generates an annual rental income of SEK 76 mln.
Fastpartner will take up the property on March 5, 2020.
