Fadesa Inmobiliaria said that it has sold six hotels and a plot of land in Spain to its former chairman Manuel Jove for a total of about EUR 118 mln. The properties, located mostly in Galicia, include the Portazgo, As Galeras, Balneario de Villalba, Husa Valles, Front Maritime-Husa Barcelona hotels as well as 83% of the Hotel Barcelo La Coruna. In a statement, Fadesa said the total price for the hotel sales reached EUR 32 mln, while the land assets were sold for EUR 87 mln.
