The Tara Collection includes Facebook’s offices at 4 & 5 Grand Canal Square, designed by Daniel Libeskind, as well as Alexander House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, 86-88 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, and One Grand Parade, overlooking the Grand Canal.

The properties cover a total area of around 33,000 m2 and are being offered either as a single lot or individually.

Facebook occupies the buildings on Grand Canal Square under two 15-year leases for a total rent of €10.5 mln. Number 4 comprises 11,417 m2 of floor space and has a guide price of €102.2 mln, while Number 5 covers 11,857 m2 and is priced at €113.8 mln.

Alexandra House is a six-storey building of 5,195 m2 with a guide price of €25 mln. The upper three floors are vacant while the lower floors are occupied by The Sweepstakes Centre for an annual rent of €800,000.

One Grand Parade, a six-storey Grade A office block, is being offered for €16.4 mln. The building extends to 2,929 m2 with a total passing rent of €759,474 per annum. Tenants include Zendesk International Limited, Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited and the Kuwaiti Embassy.

86-88 Lower Leeson Street comprises 1,536 m2 over five storeys and has three floors occupied on short-term leases for a total rent of €168,702. It is expected to sell for €6.4 mln.
