The assets were sold in separate transactions by funds managed by Generali Real Estate Sgr.
The sales involve a seven-storey multi-let building at via Tiziano 32 and an eight-storey single-let asset at viale Jenner angolo via Bernina.
Fabrica sgr is majority owned by developer Gruppo Caltagirone and bank Monte dei Paschi di Siena. It manages 13 funds representing €3.5 bn of assets.
