Swedish property company Fabege has signed significant leasing deals for office space at Regeringsgatan-Lästmakargatan in central Stockholm with Nordic investment bank Carnegie and life assurance and pension provider Max Matthiessen.

Swedish property company Fabege has signed significant leasing deals for office space at Regeringsgatan-Lästmakargatan in central Stockholm with Nordic investment bank Carnegie and life assurance and pension provider Max Matthiessen.

Carnegie is to take 9,000 m2, plus 1,000 m2 of storage space, for 10 years, while its Max Matthiessen unit is leasing 4,500 m2 for five years. The rent for the office space is SEK 3,800 (EUR 405.2) per m2 per annum, excluding supplements. The buildings located at Lästmakargatan 22-24 and Regeringsgatan 56 will be thoroughly redeveloped and extended before Carnegie and Matthiessen move in during the third and fourth quarters, respectively, of 2009.
