Listed Swedish real estate company Fabege has sold two properties to Andersson Invest & Fastighets for SEK 340 mln (€37 mln).
The portfolio comprises a residential hotel of 8,400 m2 and a retail unit containing stores and a health centre totalling 7,800 m2, located in Huvudsta (Solna), Sweden.
The transaction will generate a gain of SEK 15 mln (€1.63 mln) before tax and SEK 2 mln after tax.
