Swedish property developer Fabege has announced the appointment of Henrik Bauer as head of Transactions starting in June. He comes most recently from a role as investment manager at NCC Property Development and previously also worked at Newsec and JLL.
Bauer will be strategically and operationally responsible for the Transaction, Valuation and Analysis Department within the Business Development Team at Fabege, and will identify business opportunities in the market, thereby realising value and creating opportunities for continued growth.
