Swedish listed real estate firm Fabege has annouced that the Swedish national agency for education has signed a six-year lease for 9,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space in the property Klamparen 10, formerly Tingsrätten (the City Court), in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

Swedish listed real estate firm Fabege has annouced that the Swedish national agency for education has signed a six-year lease for 9,000 m2 of office space in the property Klamparen 10, formerly Tingsrätten (the City Court), in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

The agency will move into the building in October 2011. NIRAS advised the tenant during the leasing process.

The property will undergo a complete interior refurbishment, including a new floor plan, new surface covering and new technical installations.

'We are delighted that the National Agency for Education has decided to relocate its offices to our property in Kungsholmen,' said Christian Hermelin, CEO of Fabege. 'The agency will receive modern office premises in a prime location with excellent transport services.'
