Real estate developer Exxacon Smart Living is entering the Seville market with a €116m investment in two new residential projects with 514 homes.
The first project, named Entrenúcleos Living, boasts a €75.2 mln budget and will be constructed on a 13,260 m2 plot on Avenida Felipe González. It will feature 325 multi-family homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, each with large terraces and gardens.
Amenities will include commercial spaces, 293 parking spaces, storage rooms, a gym, a Pilates area, three swimming pools, a paddle tennis court, bike parking, a BBQ area, a pet-friendly zone, and a children's playground.
The second project, Entrenúcleos Living Panorámica, will be built on a 5,809 m2 plot next to the upcoming 150-meter Panorámica Tower. This development represents a €41.3 mln investment and will offer 189 multi-family homes with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Residents will benefit from extensive communal areas featuring a swimming pool, gardens, a gym, a living area, commercial spaces, 204 parking spaces, and storage rooms.

The projects will be developed in multiple phases, with completion expected in 2026. The Entrenúcleos residential area is undergoing a significant transformation and is projected to accommodate over 50,000 residents in more than 20,000 homes in the future. The neighbourhood also has plans for various infrastructures, including a new school, church, health center, and the new Loyola University campus.
Exxacon currently has 18 active developments underway, totaling 1,138 homes across various municipalities in Malaga, Valencia, Madrid, and Seville.
