Slovakian developer HB Reavis has launched its first development outside Eastern Europe, with the nine-storey office block 33 Central, next to London Bridge.
It is one of seven new projects from the firm showcased at EXPO REAL, the rest being spread across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Three of the seven remain under construction.
Tomaš Jurdák, director of HB Reavis UK, said, '33 Central marks a key milestone for HB Reavis London and we now look forward to executing the development and marketing of this unique office building.'
