The vendor is Signa.
Sevens is a shopping arcade located in prime shopping street Königsallee which is home to a variety of traditional luxury brands. The 19,627 m2 shopping centre comprises 39 retail units let to retailers such as Saturn (occupying 1-5 floors), Desigual, Giorgio Armani and Philipp Plein. The scheme opened in October 2000 and was reconfigured and renovated in 2010/2011.
The property has almost 300 parking spaces and has a food court on the lower ground floor.
