American investor Exeter Property Group has signed a deal to purchase the North-West Logistic Park in Poland for an undisclosed sum from Waimea Holding.
The transaction includes four fully leased warehouses with a total area of 64,000 m2, located in the south-eastern part of Sczcecin. The site benefits from its proximity to Scandinavia and Germany and access to the Baltic Sea.
Tenants include Nordic manufacturers such as Denmark's KK Wind Solutions as well as Spain's InCom.
Philadelphia and London-based Exeter Property Group, which focuses on industrial properties, has been active in Europe since 2015.
The buyer was represented by Colliers International.
