CapMan Real Estate has strengthened its residential property management team with hire of Miro Karttunen, previously CEO of Newsec Property Asset Management in Finland.
Karttunen will be responsible for leading property management across CapMan’s Nordic core residential portfolio which currently comprises 108 properties and over 6,000 apartments in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Most recently, he led Newsec’s Property Asset Management in Finland between 2017 and 2022.
