Natale Giostra, former head of real estate finance at Gatehouse Bank, has joined Kingston-based mixed-use developer/investor CNM Estates as head of Treasury & Capital Markets.
Natale Giostra, former head of real estate finance at Gatehouse Bank, has joined Kingston-based mixed-use developer/investor CNM Estates as head of Treasury & Capital Markets.
Giostra will be responsible for the negotiation and structuring of secured and unsecured financings and joint venture partnerships for CNM Estates.
In addition, he will arrange public capital market offerings, bond issuances as well as executing derivative hedging instruments.
Prior to joining CNM Estates, Giostra was the head of real estate finance at London-based Gatehouse Bank, controlled by the Kuwait Investment Authority, where he originated debt facilities for offices, retail, hotels, industrial/logistics, residential developments, student accommodations and healthcare with an emphasis on the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Spain and Italy.
Formerly a banker at Goldman Sachs and Citibank, Giostra was recruited by CBRE in 2004 for its newly created real estate finance team.
