French listed property firm Eurosic has joined forces with insurer Assurances du Crédit Mutuel Vie to acquire the Cotentin building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris for an undisclosed amount.

Located at 90 boulevard Pasteur, the asset provides 16,800 m2 of usable space leased entirely to asset management company Amundi with a remaining eight-year lease.

The vendor is Crédit Agricole, advised by Crédit Agricole Immobilier.

'This acquisition is entirely in line with our strategy to acquire, also through partnerships, well-located assets in Paris offering a good yield as well as strong potential to be repositioned as core,' said Adrien Blanc, Eurosic's investment director.
