French listed property investment firm Eurosic said on Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire an office project in the Trapeze district of Boulogne-Billancourt. The development is being acquired from Nexity Entreprises for around EUR 60mln.

Located in the western part of Boulogne-Billancourt, the office building will provide around 7,500 m2 of HQE-certified office space on eight floors, with five additional underground levels. Delivery of the project, which was designed by Spanish architect Carlos Ferrater, is scheduled for the second half of 2009.

The Wargny-Katz notarial office advised Eurosic on the legal aspects of this transaction.

Eurosic is 32%-owned by Nexity, while Banque Palatine is the second largest shareholder in the French SIIC with a 20% stake.
