All the rest saw negative returns: Switzerland -0.8%; the UK -2.1%; Austria -5.7%; Belgium -5.8%; Sweden -6.1%; Turkey -6.3% (= Is REIT) and Finland -7.6%. The markets with negative returns of more than -10% were: the Netherlands -10.1%; France -10.8%; Italy -13.9% (= Beni Stabili); Norway -14.2% (= Norwegian Property); Greece -32.0% (= Babis Vovos I.C.) and Spain -43.8% (= Inmobiliaria Colonial)
