Polish logistics platform European Logistics Investment (ELI) has completed two warehouses in Silesia, in Poland.
The first warehouse, located in Knurów, is a 35,000 m2 facility fully leased to Fortaco Group, a leader in heavy machinery and marine equipment. The building is designed to meet Fortaco's specific needs while adhering to high environmental standards and aiming for BREEAM Very Good certification. The location near Gliwice provides access to major highways and the entire region.
The second warehouse, situated in Ruda Slaska, is a 16,000 m2 facility leased to Konimpex, a company involved in chemical and industrial raw material trading. This warehouse is part of the Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska II development, which offers a total of 72,000 m2 of warehouse space. The warehouse is pursuing BREEAM Excellent certification. Konimpex has signed a five-year lease for the facility.
