European investment set to exceed EUR 100b in 2010

European commercial real estate investment turnover is expected to reach more than EUR 100 bn in 2010, according to the latest CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) European Capital Markets report. That would mark a significant increase on the EUR 73 bn reported in 2009.
