Europa Capital Partners has announced the letting of 3,900m2 in its WTC Almeda Park in Barcelona to Technip Iberia. The Spanish industrial engineering and construction company will pay EUR 18 per m2 per month for the fourth floor and part of the third floor in building 8 at the flagship business park development. The property is now 88% leased with only 2,000 m2 remaining to let. Other tenants of building 8 include Panasonic, Impex Quimica and Cofidis Espana.

Building 8 is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2008. It is one of the three 15,000 m2 buildings forming the project's second phase and will bring the development’s total area to 95,000m2. Phase 2 was forward sold to UBS Real Estate in 2006, who already own the fully-let 40,000 m2 of Phase 1. Tenants of the development’s initial phase include Computer Associates, Fujitsu, Securitas and Bausch & Lomb.

Cushman & Wakefield and Aguirre Newman are the letting agents.
