Europa Capital has announced a number of promotions at the pan-European real estate fund management group.
Sandra Capan and James Fortescue, previously senior associates in the Northern Europe team, have been appointed associate directors.
In addition, Kerry Noonan and Julie Spencer, previously associates in the asset finance and corporate finance teams respectively, have been appointed senior associates.
Europa Capital is a member of The Rockefeller Group (RGI), with RGI acting as a strategic investor alongside Europa Capital's management. Since 1995, Europa Capital’s principals have collectively raised six real estate funds and committed to over 70 transactions totalling some EUR 7 bn across 17 European countries.
Europa Capital is currently investing two funds for European property: Europa Fund III and Europa Emerging Europe, which invests in Eastern Europe. Together, these funds raised EUR 895 mln of equity capital for investment.
