Europa Capital signs deal with PointPark for Cluj project
PointPark Properties Poland (P3), an asset manager and developer of distribution facilities across Europe, announced that it has signed an agreement with Europa Capital, a pan-European real estate investment management business, to provide transactional and development services to Europa Capital for its logistics and industrial project in Cluj, Romania.
