Pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital has appointed Graham Porter as director and head of research, taking over from Vanessa Muscarà who assumes a new role with the firm as investment strategist.
Based in London, Porter will work alongside Europa Capital’s fund management, transactions and asset management teams to help them select local partners, identify opportunities and support investment decisions for its funds and mandates.
He joins from abrdn, where he spent 10 years leading the UK research team, providing analytical support and strategic insight. He previously also held research positions at ING Real Estate Investment Management and Cushman & Wakefield.
