Europa Capital has made two senior hires with the appointments of Vanessa Muscarà as head of Research & Strategy and Alexia Beattie as head of People & Talent.
In the newly created role of head of Research & Strategy, Muscarà will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and providing expert guidance to support Europa’s tactical and strategic business support needs.
She brings over 15 years’ of research experience from global investment houses including M&G Real Estate and LaSalle Investment Management where she has been responsible for supporting the investment decision making process and driving thought leadership.
As head of People & Talent, Beattie will be responsible for championing positive culture and nurturing talent within Europa Capital, as well as overseeing new hires as the business continues to grow.
She has over 15 years’ experience of people management and joins from the US headquartered investment bank, Robert W. Baird & Co., where she was most recently the European HR Director.
