Pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital has appointed Lynn Smith as development director.
In this role, Smith will be responsible for the strategic management and financial oversight of Europa Capital’s UK and European developments, including working with joint venture and operating partners to ensure project delivery and the implementation of leasing strategies for relevant schemes.
According to Europa Capital, she brings over 20 years of development experience from leading investment managers including Aviva Investors and M&G Real Estate, where she was responsible for overseeing project and stakeholder management across mixed-use commercial developments.
Smith is also a judge for the 2020/2021 British Council for Offices Awards.
