Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, has promoted both Will Hughes and Nick Temperley to associate director as part of wider personnel changes across the team.
Hughes joined the acquisitions team in 2015 from Grosvenor Group, and to date has played a role in securing investments across continental Europe on behalf of Europa Capital’s value-add and core diversified-income investment strategies.
Temperley has also been with the business for four years and is responsible for project management and fund structuring in Europa Capital’s investor relations team. He started his career at real estate research and forecasting consultancy, PMA, before moving to the equity capital markets team at Tishman Speyer.
in addition, Angus Farquharson has been promoted to the role of associate in acquisitions.
Rob Sim, managing partner at Europa Capital, comments: 'These promotions are extremely well deserved and recognise the hard work and achievements of Will, Nick and Angus. Championing and nurturing talent is essential to the growth of the business and I am proud of the exceptional talent we have at Europa Capital.'
