Euronext-listed Yatra Capital raises EUR120m in new share offering

Euronext listed and India-focused property group Yatra Capital said it has raised EUR 120 mln in an offering of new shares.

Yatra said it has successfully placed 11,428,571 new ordinary shares at a price of EUR 10.50 per new ordinary share. The follow-on offering follows an initial offering less than a year ago in which EUR 100 mln was raised.

Jersey-incorporated Yatra now has a total of 21,428,571 shares outstanding.

Yatra said payment for and delivery of the new ordinary shares is expected for October 24, at which date the new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading and listing on Euronext's Eurolist.
